Solvent based acrylic sealer and loop loc anchors

I couldn't find a good answer on here. If I roll on a solvent based acrylic sealer over a pool deck with loop loc anchors is there any recommended process to not stick the anchors screws? Or is that not a issue?

I'd cut circles out of gorilla tape that completely covered the anchors.
