You only need to add 5 drops of r0003. If the water stays colorless, then the cc is 0 and you are done.

OK, the pool is much clearer now; I can see to the bottom in the shallow end. TA has been at 60 throughout the week. Is it time now to let FC fall, raise TA to 100, and add the salt?
You are done when:
When all three are true, you are done SLAMing and can allow the FC to drift down to normal levels.

You really need to hit all three of those or you risk letting FC drift down only to have it cloud/green up again and losing all your precious investment and progress.
- CC is 0.5 or lower;
- You pass an OCLT (ie overnight FC loss test shows a loss of 1.0 ppm or less);
- And the water is clear.

You are not done with the slam process. Keep the faith and keep going. I would also not raise the TA that high for an swg pool.

Saturday night to Sunday morning it went down 1.5, and last night it went down 3, so we are not holding overnight yet. Does the OCLT morning check have to be before daylight, or before direct sunlight falls on the pool?

Yes, you take both OCLT readings in total darkness or before the sun hits the water. Otherwise the sun's UV starts to work on the FC.
Be sure to keep it just above shock all day long until you pass it! Don't let anything grow. Don't lose ground. Be sure to clean behind lights, inside ladders, inside ladder bottom plates/weight, and skimmer basket frame, and anywhere algae might hide!!! Get it all! Pass that test

We're here if you have any questions. Check the FC at least twice a day and add bleach as necessary to maintain it at shock level! Have faith! You will pass all three criteria once your pool is healthy.
