I have a 17,000-gallon above-ground pool. 2 HP AquaPro filter system. The pool is oval. Since the skimmer and the inflow are close to each other I don't think I get sufficient filtration. Any easy way to add additional filtration without cutting new holes into the pool?

The water is cloudy, small particles. The pool is 40 ft long and both the skimmer and the return port are at the same end.
