I just added a sand filter and pump to my Summerwaves 15’ AGP. My question is should I remove the pump that came with it attached to skimmer? I took out the paper filter and replaced the basket. If I should remove it how do I go about it? Also I tried turning on the old pump and it seemed to increase suction at skimmer a great deal but, afraid it will damage new pump. I hope you can understand this question.
