I recently purchased a 10' fiberglass diving board and during shipped it was chippped, about a 4-5 inch on the bottom of one side. Will this effect the integrity of the board? Should I try to return this board if possible with the seller? What is the best way to repair this chip if I can't? Thank you!

Welcome to TFP!

Without pictures, really hard to give any assessment of the integrity of the board.

I would, without a doubt, file a claim and get a new, undamaged board to install.

+1. I want to see pictures, but it doesn't change that I wouldn't accept it.

You didn't pay for a scratch and dent diving board. With each occurrence of a manufacturer acting like its ok they sold me damaged goods, it upsets me more. I'm about a 9.3 out of 10 these days.
