Hi all,

New pool owner here. I've got a small in-ground pool (12' X 23') that has a tanning level about 1/3 of the pool's width with two steps that go down to the deep end. There's also a bench along one side at the same depth as the tanning level, and the rest of the pool has a 4" ledge around it (also at the tanning level).

When on the tanning level/bench, there's only about 18" of water.

I'm concerned with all of the different obstacles, a pool robot won't be able to do a good job.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

The robot will run around and work as long as there is enough water to keep its intakes covered in water. Mine will work its way up the two bottom steps and occasional try to come up another up until the inlets are out of the water. Then it just drops down and decides to go on to some other route.
Just brush the shallowest areas and steps.
