My sons pentair mastertemp300 gave him an error code of 126, the burner would not light up. Upon research it told us most likely it was the thermistors heat sensor. We replaced the sensor and the error code cleared and the burner lite up. The control panel would not raise the temp. All other sensors appear to be working, there are no other error codes.

Welcome to TFP.

Do you mean when you press the temperature up button it does not adjust the temperature on the display?

If so you likely have a bad membrane keypad. They are fairly easy to replace.
