I live in PG County MD, about 15 miles east of Washington DC. I have a vinyl liner that needs rehanging (there's water behind it).
I would like to have this done fast if at all possible. I believe my regular guy has become over-extended because I don't believe he did a good job with the liner or new smart mesh cover that he installed last year. I opened today to not a pool, but a pond. That has never happened before. I was told the Smart Mesh would allow me to open later and have a clear pool. The water looks black. I've never seen this before.
