Bought Walmart liquid chlorine to use. When selecting sanitizer type in the pool calculator which do I select? Tricolor, dichlor, Cal hypo 48%, 53% etc. I don’t see anything obvious on the bottle. Does show 10% chlorine on the bottle.

If you bought Walmart's Pool Essentials liquid chlorine, use "Bleach" on the APP. Be sure to select 10% strength.
FC 6, CYA 67. SLAM target shows FC of 26. Add 6 gallons. I know I should trust the tool but does that sound correct?

Hold up. I'm guessing you don't have your k-2006 yet?
Don't start the SLAM Process until you have that and have reliable numbers to base your additions on. Until then 5 ppm of chlorine per day will keep you in a holding pattern, not getting worse but also not doing anything that could come back to bite you because you trusted test results that weren't accurate.
