Can it be done? sure....
That said, both heads spin at the same time, at the same rate. So you would always be pumping both fluids at the same time. You can buy various size tubes to get the flow rate you need for each head. It may take some iterations to dial in the tube sizes and times to get the appropriate flow rates.

A big problem I see is that you shouldn't feed chlorine and MA at the same time into the pool. They should be added separately and let the first mix thoroughly before adding the second.

To be more specific - mixing chlorine and MA can create lethal mustard gas.

You should not do that.
