Purechlor Resetting

Hi guys, my Purechlor SWG will not show any errors, but will completely turn off, then back on just about every 30 seconds. I don’t appear to be generating. When I try to enter tech mode, it will reset before I can read any of the lights.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

If you are an electronics tinkerer you can open up the unit, examine the board, reseat any connectors, and see if you can bring it to life.

If you are not then replace the system.

Looks like that’s going to be the route I go. Customer service is giving me the run around since it’s a DIY.

We are having the same issue with our brand new Purechlor that we installed. Did you get any results?

Do you realize the SWG work on a duty cycle which means they shut on and off periodically while generating chlorine? 30 seconds is a shorter than normal timeframe but something to be aware of.
