Ah... i give up. I am getting a new one. This screws are way too tight. Might break my spine trying to get them off! But the issue is if i get a replacement motor, wouldn't i still face the same issue of the screws... because the large disc like thing attached to the motor, i would still have to take out, wouldn't it?
One thing i have to say the design of the A.O Smith motor, is a bit badly designed. You can get a good grip on the screws to begin with.
