Had recently finished successfully SLAMing my pool. Being that our summer days are limited, want to be able to let the kids back in the pool sooner versus later. After a couple days of days, the pool’s FC is still in the high teens.
My question is- When you are done SLAMing and per instructions “can allow the FC to drift down to normal levels,” is this a necessary part of the process or can I now use something like Sodium Thiosulfate to normalize levels more quickly?
I’m figuring it is OK but just don’t want to have gone through 5 days of SLAMing to mess up at the end.
Thanks!
