POOL QUOTE OPINIONS - HOUSTON TX

Thanks for the input guys. His price on travertine is way too high. I haven't talked prices yet, just making the design right and getting other bids.

We widened the pool to 15ft which brings total perimeter to 144 (13ft is too narrow for the length in our opinion)

This upgrade raised the price of the base pool from $54,612 to $54,995 (about what I expected, $383) or .005%

The price of pebbletec went from $4,672 to $5,172 which is $500, almost 11%!!




I've seen the travertine laid in both cement and sand/crushed limestone base. I think I prefer concrete as I don't ever have to worry about the pavers sinking or weeds growing (I have a paver patio now).
