Pool potential in new house

Hey everyone,

First time pool builder and wanting some input from the forum. My wife and I are potentially buying a new house. The backyard has a decent amount of room but there is a large rock face to the rear of the yard. What would be some possibilities for pool building? One builder has stated that shallow bedrock is probable there but impossible to tell without a surveyor. He stated he would most likely build a pool raised. Attached is some photos of the space. Let me know if you think the area is good and there is decent potential.

Thanks!

Hello fellow Georgian!
Look around and see if any neighbors have pools? You might be able to ask them if they had rock issues?

I see your potential home has an upward slope to deal with also. Perhaps that could be built in to somehow ? I imagine a lot or a big retaining wall would be in order though.
