Pool Opening, Pump Has No Power

Opened my green pool and the pump doesn't work, and as this is a standing open body of water, this has now become an emergency.

My electrical circuit board has 2 outlets, a timer, a sw generator, a heater, and a pool pump. All the circuits seem to work fine, but my pool guy is saying the pump circuit isn't working most likely.

I have a century ust1152 pump connected via an cable that looks exactly like this:

If the power on the panels are ok, my next thought was to check the outlet but I can't seem to find a way to test it that doesn't sound terrifying. I looked for a voltage tester you can plug in but seems Amazon doesn't have those.
 
Final update, seems like it magically started working. And by magically, some combination of removing the motor cover, scraping out some salt/residue, resetting the breakers a bunch of times and pressing the reset button hard, and finally adding a new set of lights and resetting that outlet somehow jigged the whole thing into working...
