Pool Math App - Sharing with Apple Family Share but NOT allowing Test Result adds

UPDATE - 3rd time logging out and logging back in from the affected device solved the issue. Thanks to MOD and ADMIN for responding so quickly, and on a Sunday! Original Post below:

I subscribed to the Pool Math Premium app in iTunes and want to share with my wife so we can both record results. We have family share turned on in iTunes. My wife downloaded the app and logged in using my Pool Math Premium account log in. She can see the data that I see in the app. But she can NOT record new test results --- the app is asking her to subscribe. iTunes says I can sync across multiple devices. What am I doing wrong?

The main thing to remember here is both accounts MUST login using the same email address, TFP UserName, Facebook account, or whatever. If they don’t use the same login details it won’t recognize the subscription. My gut says you used your Google account to login (not your gmail) this she needs to do the same. Double check both users have the same “account ID” which can be found in the About TFP section. If they don’t, you’re on different accounts.

I confirmed logging in with the same credentials and that both have the same account ID. Still having the same issue.
 
New issue:

We are now able to update results and have it report in the LOGs section between devices. But, my "Overview" page is showing the last log I entered, not the more recent results entered from the second device. Also, the second device entered Maintenance notes for Brushing and Vacuuming that is correctly reporting in the LOG, but my devices is showing these items as overdue..
