Does anyone in the Phoenix / Chandler area have any recommendations for good pool guys who can service using TFP methodologies? I have a automatic liquid chlorine pump that feeds straight into my pipes. Just looking to delegate the maintenance end of it.

No pool service company will follow TFP methods. It’s not a business model that can be executed profitably.
You could ask for a service company to just do vacuuming and cleaning, no chemicals. But is that really worth paying someone ~ $1000 per year??

We travel often so have a pool service that cleans the pool weekly and adds acid as necessary, pretty much every week. We have a SWCG so all that is possible.
With your set up, you will need to refill your LC container every 10 days or so most of the year. As Matt says, you can hire someone to clean it, maybe add acid, but doubtful on taking care of your LC system.
