Would this transformer be efficient for this bulb specs? If so how much lights can I put on each transformer?

That is not a listed pool light transformer that meets NEC 680 and is not safe to use for pool lights.
 
Yes, welcome to TFP! While I ordinarily admire & respect the DIY mentality, yours is a case where I strongly encourage you to please hire a licensed electrician for the job, someone who should also recognize that transformer is not listed for pool/spa use. There are so many ways to miswire or misconfigure such a transformer that getting a professional might one day save a life. If not today or tomorrow, ten years from now when a simple mistake turns into an unintended but deadly scenario. As others have noted in various threads here, run a quick web search "man dies from faulty pool light" to read about many examples.
