Pool fountains not shooting out the same

Hi All. I am not a pool expert by any means. With that being said I have a pool with two fountains. I noticed that one is not shooting out very well and the other is shooting out more than normal. I cleaned the filters but that didn’t help. Any ideas or tips?

How are the two fountains plumbed?

It sounds like there is a blockage at some point after the pipe T’s between the two fountains.

Look for a valve either at the equipment pad or behind the falls, even outside that fence.

That pic is really not helpful. It is too small and just shows a jumble of unlabeled pipes thata re impossible to follow.

Are there two pipes from the equipment pad to the two fountains or is there one pipe to the fountains that splits off at the wall where the fountains are?
