I keep fixing this, what could be causing this? I was thinking maybe water leaking in there, then the summer heat causing it to push up. What to use to fix this, I have been using hydraulic cement..Thanks

Are you breaking out all the loose material and then widening the cracked area before pressing the hydraulic cement down into the void?
Only think I can thing would be that there is still some loose stuff in the crack that keeps shifting around after you've patched it and that causes the patch to fail and crumble out.

I think you are correct in what is causing this.I think I would see about some kind caulk that has expandable properties for a more permanent fix.
