Need advice on where to start.
Algae is dying/dead - go to vacuum and it doesn't suck it off the bottom but floats away when the vac head is down there. So it isn't STUCK to the pool floor. Suction is good at the skimmer.
What do I do?
No pool company will come out to test their own equipment on my pool to see if it's my equipment or pool tools - awesome state I live in, NOT.
