I'm nine years in on the 16x31 inground pool that came with our house. So far I've only outsourced having the liner replaced one time. I prefer to do most things myself unless it's a job that one guy can't really do. (Honestly, when I saw what went into replacing the liner I thought that might be the only time I outsource that.) That being said the kid's activities are multiplying and my free time seems to constantly be shrinking. I'm due for a liner replacement and think this might be the last one for this pool that's 40-something years old. I have experience working with one of the local companies in town but am curious if others care to share any good/bad experiences they've had locally.
