Have a 1hp Pentair OptiFlo that works great but is extremely loud, anything I can do about it?

Likely the bearings are failing. If you are mechanically inclined it's not a bad repair. Check out the below link.

Replaced capacitor, motor still makes humming noise. Won't run. Runs when shaft turned over by hand.
