Hello, new here and total beginner. Just bought a house that came with an inground pool and a heater. Pool company opened pool the only day couldn’t be there so I’m kind of learning about the pool as I go. The Mini max plus heater worked for a few days. Whenever I turned it to pool or spa, all the lights lit up for a second, then went out & it would click a few times and I’d hear burners turn on. Warm water would flow. Now yesterday, power light is still lit, but absolutely nothing happens when I click button to pool or spa. No clicking, no burner lighting, no lights coming on/off. Nothing at all (except power light). Can’t tell if the pilot is out. The sign on door says don’t try to light pilot as it’s automatic. Tried to find videos but came up empty. Any clues?

Most likely a thermostat problem. You can jump to confirm. If the wire is white it’s original if it’s yellow it’s been replaced. The original thermostats failed frequently overtime.
