We have a small pool/fountain with a single pentair light connected now to a wifi enabled Suraielac transformer, although previously to a Hampton bay transformer. In both configurations the light comes on only on rare occasions. Is this a bulb/light issue, a wiring issue, or incapability issue? Any suggestions? Thanks, KM

You need to do some testing with a multimeter to determine where you problem is.
Do you have 14V output from the transformer?
What model Pentair LED light do you have?
Where does the pool light wire connect at? Is there a pool light junction box?

The Suraielec Smart Wi-Fi Low Voltage Landscape Transformer is not Listed for Pool and/or Spa use and it is not safe to use on Pools or Spas.
