Pentair IC SWG - no flow lights or salt lights

I have a pool less than 2 years old that’s been having non stop issues.

The newest issue is that the SWG isn’t working. I have no salt level light nor a flow light.

I just acid washed it and checked all connections, but no change. I don’t even know if this has ever worked because I feel like I’ve constantly added chlorine since we got the pool.

Any one have any idea why it’s not working?

If the SWCG is less than 2 years old, file a warranty claim.

Technically, with out a Flow light being Green, nothing else should work. So not sure what is going on.

Is your cell a standalone cell, or is it connected to an automation system??
