I have Pentair home installed on my mobile with my Prowler set up and working just fine via wifi. I decided to install the app on my Tablet but after I logged in it didn't show my robot and when I tried to add a device it said the QR code on the power supply was not supported and subsequently removed my robot as a device and I had to re-add it on my phone (which worked). Anyone know how to get a device to show up in the app on a mobile and a tablet?
 
Have you called Pentair Technical Support?

I emailed them. The response from WQSPoolTech:
Customer is correct, this is how the Prowler 930 was designed, I can't change that. It can only be on 1 Device, Any questions let me know. Thank you
