Pentair Easytouch Wireless connection

I'm trying to trouble shoot my Easytouch/Screenlogic communications. I'm able to log-in to my Screenlogic app but no data is displayed (temperatures, etc.) The 3 LED on the indoor wireless unit all blink rapidly (PWR, TX, RX). The protocol adapter power light is On/Red and the ethernet leds are blinking. The outside antenna status LED is blinking 5 seconds on and 5 seconds off.

I tried relocating the indoor antenna to near the outside panel temporarily but the results were the same.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to TFP.

All those blinking LEDs show you have network connectivity and don’t tell anything about if you have data transfer from the RS-485 lines.

The red and green wires provide 15V DC to power the antenna.

The black and yellow wires are the RS-485 data connections.

Check that the connections to the red connector block.

Show us pics of your Aqualink board and the red RS-485 connectors.

Page 2 of the manual below tells you what the leds mean, and in your case it's lost the link:

If you can, temporarily hard-wire the screenlogic to the outdoor board and eliminate the wireless link as a potential issue.
