Pentair Check Valve Rebuild Kit

After troubleshooting a spa draining issue with the pump off I believe a bad Pentair check valve is the culprit. Attached is a picture of the valve. I need to order the rebuild kit but can't find the p/n for the valve to get the correct kit. Anyone know the p/n or series for this check valve or rebuild kit?

Not the same as Jandy. Pentair 263042Z. There is a less expensive after-market kit available on eBay.

Be sure that the suction valve is closing the spa port completely when in pool mode. That can also cause a raised spa to drain with the pump off.

Thanks 1poolman1! That's been my dilemma, determining the cause to be the check valve or suction side valve.
