Pentair 250 Water no heating

I have a Pentair 250 Normal sequence on start up but no heated water coming out of the jets?
I have replaced the Thermal sensor and Air regulator/switch. Any ideas? Pressure switch maybe?

If the heater is firing, not making unusual noises, banging, etc., heat is coming from the exhaust, it is heating the water. You will not feel hot water entering the pool as the water entering after the leaving the heater and mixing with the water bypassed in the manifold is usually only about 10 degrees warmer that what went into the heater. At most it would be about 15 degrees warmer, an that is with a heater twice as large in BTU capacity as yours. When your hand is in the pool, surrounded by cool pool water that amount of heat is hard to feel.

Thanks. That makes sense. It felt a little warmer but not like it feels when the pool is already at 80+ degrees. Good to know.
