I think the pool was built in the 80s maybe 70s. There is a metal conduit that I’ve exposed and has some corrosion. It almost looks like black pipe (for gas runs). Has anyone seen this type of conduit before.
I need to extend the wire run for use in a shed to house the pool equipment. I originally planned to use a box like the one here to join the segments. Now I’m wondering how to remove the last two pipe sections. I plan to try pipe wrench’s tomorrow. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I’m all ears.
the wire not in conduit on top of it is the pool light im pretty sure. which sucks. Definitely not on gfci. I have a new concrete pad being poured Monday so I’m not sure what to do with it. I may just disconnect it for safety.
