Noob pool owner: we have a problem - need your help

Congratulations Noopa. I know when you are going through swamp process it seems like it will never clear and then it does. I hope you will follow the lessons of pool school and stay away from the pool store as much as possible. I have had two pools and for over a dozen years I spent a small fortune at pool stores and always felt I was only a hair away from disaster. Then I found this site and converted to Clorox from Costco and Muratic Acid from Home Depot and have had the best looking and most stable pool I have ever had since. I have let it go on three occasions and had to go back to basics, but each time I knew exactly why it turned green and what I needed to do. This stuff works. Good Luck
