Newish Owner With A Pool Pump Service Problem, Help!

The owner had to know about the bad tech. IF they were getting multiple complaints and had to redo all the jobs, something would have filtered up to the boss. Your actions saved many others from the same lousy service. Someone else might not stay diligent, and get a defective job causing problems down the road.
