Still have not received the reagents so still waiting. Should I do that other test that I do have OTO?
Let's wait until the sun goes down in a hour or so. The less the sun is beating on the water the more chlorine will remain in the pool.

So the water was clear after 5 drops? If so, that was to be expected as either the conversion or the sunlight consumed all of your chlorine today.
