North Alabama resident. Wife has a 30"round above ground salt pool since about 2009. She cleans it while I fix/repair it. Replaced the pump twice and the circuit board twice, and the salt cell once. Live out in the county and every few years we have a lot of storms, power outages, and brownouts and they take their toll on the pool components. This is the year for storms.
