Look forward to the forum.
Searched 'Intermatic timers' to see if others have experienced this.
The OFF timer mechanism with contacts broke.
The piece that broke was the metal 'finger' that mates with the removable OFF timer tripper switches
The end result is the OFF trippers never make contact, and the pumps stays on 24/7.

Welcome to TFP.
A new timer mechanism can purchased on Amazon. I recently did this for a friend and takes about 20 mins. Be sure to turn off the breaker to the timer before replacing it. The cost was about $75.
