New to testing on my own- what to do with results

Hello,
I just got my new TF pro test kit and ran my tests. For a 10,000 gal fiberglass Inground pool, sunny Florida in a pool cage.
Pool is cloudy with a tinge of green (was very green earlier this week, and suspecting the cya was high due to products used and tests available to me I exchanged 2 ft of water with city water.)
Looking for advice on what to do to start tackling many out of range results.
Ph 7.8
Cl high

CC none

CH 825
Total Alk 140
CYA 95

Thank you!

Mknauss, thank you.

I was reading over the no drain exchange information. I'm a little confused in calculating the delta T. I'm thinking that because I don't have a big temperature difference in my pool and fill water there will be a lot of mixing.

Pool water: 78F (is delta T calculated using F or Celsius?)
Pool calcium hardness 825

Fill water 82 F
Calcium hardness 175

I calculated the delta T to be -3.96, but I'm not confident I did that right.
