I had read your thread when you started in the fall, then lost track when I took my winter break from TFP. (It was subzero in PA this past winter, and seeing all the beautiful pools makes me depressed in January, ha ha.) Looks like you did a great job with the blocks. I think they help a lot! I'd say your start on the deck looks good, too.
 
Thanks PAGirl, this is definitely an ongoing project. At least it's usable while it's still in progress. I've got another section of framing up for the deck, just haven't gotten any pictures yet. I'll do that one of these days when I think about while I'm outside.
 
As I said, I've got another section of the deck framing up. And I actually made sure to get pictures yesterday evening when I got home. So without further ado....





It is an ongoing project that I will eventually finish. Just give me some time.
