Hi everybody. I’m new to the forum. We have had our Pentair system for almost 7 years. Our SWG said we needed to clean the salt cell which we did. It looked great but still had the same error. We bought a new SWG, hooked it up, and plugged it into the box. All the lights are green, but the app says lost communication. We double check the plug and it seems like a tight connection. Any thoughts on what I need to do next?

You did not get a Pentair cell. All the LEDs should not be lit at the same time. I would return the cell as defective and get a genuine Pentair IntelliChlor cell.

You bought a clone cell.. It will work, but you have to do everything at the cell. That cell will not communicate with your EasyTouch.
Your system says "Lost Com" because there is nothing to communicate with.
