New stamped concrete decking - discolored

Did a lot of new decking around my pool as part of a renovation. The concrete has been done for a couple weeks. See pictures... the coloring seems off especially around the joints. I was hoping after a couple of days of drying it would go away but doesn't appear to be. I am going to reach out to the pool and concrete guys but wanted to get some thoughts first. I am guessing they are going to tell me that this is normal.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

What was the decking put on? There is moisture coming up and making efflorescence.

It was put on top of crushed stone

Did you see the crushed stone when it was brought in? Was it wet then? Has it rained much since it was put down?

I saw it yes, it was dry and it did rain some but not a ton. The concrete guy didn't really know what to make of it but they are going to try to remove and reapply the sealant.

FULL STOP! How are they going to remove the sealant? That worries me. I feel if could cause more harm than good. Make sure he shows you what he is going to do in a hidden corner so you can see how it looks when he does it.

I’m concerned - basically it is salt deposits, correct? Sealing over it may look even worse.
