Hello as the title states I was trying to change the pool cover and when I set up the rope, incorrectly the rope snapped. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or help for me as I just got this pool cover, and it's fairly expensive to replace it with another one. Thank you for the help, I appreciate it greatly.

1) The pool cover is automatic and is top track
2) PoolCover Specialists and motor is INFINITY 4000
3) I talked to support for the pool cover and they told me to sew it back together, but I don't know if that will work.

You should be able to get a warranty repair for a new cover. Contact your installer.
EDIT: oops did you sell-install? That might not bode well for a warranty.
