Great looking pool. Are those power lines running right over the pool? What's that big clump of wires at the roofline that then run right down near the pool?

The red wires are temp power for construction. The power lines will be moved by the power company shorty. They are not quite above the pool.

Things come to a complete and dead standstill in Nicaragua for Semana Santa. This is a more important holiday here than even Christmas. Everyone got their party on and recovered.
The big holiday party week came to an end and we are back at it building the privacy walls and the equipment cabina. Working on illumination as well.
We were going to do a tall wood privacy fence at first. Wood is $$$ here and a nice brick wall is not very much more. Therefore, a redesign to brick.

Your pool is gorgeous and the work is impeccable. Outstanding job, Must be such a wonderful feeling when enjoying your pool to know how much you have accomplished. Can't wait to see finished product.
Basic Nica red brick. (It goes to the color of the building behind the pool and the planter walls once it dries out).
Will the wall be all the way to the top of the steel towers? That will be fun to decorate with lights and stuff for the seasons!

Those are reinforcement for the concrete piers. They will be bent over and cut off to be attached to the top horizontal bond beams.
The wall will look exactly like the brick wall on the finished building behind the pool.
