NEW Polaris 380 Low RPM

I just purchased a new Polaris 380 due to our old one being 18 years old and not working too well. I have installed the new one and cannot get it to work properly. I did an RPM test and I am only getting 18 RPM from the wheels with NO RESTRICTOR installed. Has anyone had this issue? Should I be looking at replacing the booster pump? I have checked for leaks etc. but cannot locate a source of the low RPM issue other than maybe needing a new booster pump.

Welcome to TFP.

Did you try it with the blue disc in?

Did you replace the feed hose and UWF?

Is your booster pump plumbed with flex hose? Your pump may have a hose that collapsed internally.

What model booster pump do you have?
