Hello everyone. We live in San Diego and have a large in-ground pool that was built in the 80’s but has been updated with modern Pentair equipment. I have a great pool person who comes weekly, but do most of the equipment maintenance and repairs myself. I’m a recently retired electromechanical engineer and find these types of projects rewarding.
I found this site while looking for advice on repairing mouse/rat damage to my heater, which appears to be a common issue. I found the relevant (excellent!) threads here along with a number of YouTube videos in this topic, and will be opening the heater up tomorrow to assess the damage. I’ll circle back if I have questions or anything to share.
