Pool store installed Hayward proseries high rate sand filter today. Wasn’t home when they installed. When I got home sand was in the pool at the jet and debris in the pool. Tried to vacuum and it vacuumed some of the debris. None of the sand and would loose prime. I tried to backwash…the bubble at the port is full of sand and the valve will not turn. It sounds as if sand has that jammed. Any idea what’s wrong or suggestions before I call the pool store that installed it tomorrow
