Hi! We have travertine tiles on the patio that were sealed with Miracle 511 sealer. This has turned into quite a dangerous area when enough wet kids drip on it as they need to go into the house to use the bathroom. So much so that I have to lay out towels and rugs every time we have a pool party (it's a big area so UGH!). There are some anti-slip products out there but according to instructions you have to strip off the sealer, but called Miracle and was told theirs can't be stripped cuz it's a penetrant. Anybody else with this problem and found an anti-slip solution? Any recommendations will be appreciated, thanks!

Maybe ask them if you can add an anti-slip product to their sealer and apply another coat?
I've used a penetrant sealer on my paver deck, and it soaked into the pavers and left nothing on top. It sounds like yours went on too thick and left a layer on top. So you should be able to strip off the excess.

You can test in a small area or on an extra piece of tile.
You may also be able to lightly sandblast the surface to give it some grip.
