Need a heater

I have a bonus that I want to spend and a heater would be nice. I am in coastal Georgia about an hour from Florida. Our swim season goes end April to October typically. A hurricane can mess that up and cool the water for a week.
I'd like to increase the season by 3 months in the most cost effective way.
I have read all kinds if articles and frankly have no idea what kind of heater would be best. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have natural gas to your site? Are you willing to use a solar cover for the pool?

Raypak are the most recommended.

I already use a solar cover, and yes I can run gas fairly easily

Great. Normally a gas line must be run by a licensed plumber and typically the gas meter will need to be upsized for the increased gas flow.

I would suggest a 400k heater for your pool. It will heat it pretty quickly.
