My ScreenLogic app is connecting however, it is not communicating

Can you turn on your lights? Turn them on via the app, then go out and see if they are on.

Do you have the wireless link from the easytouch to the protocol adapter or is it hard wired?
 
The Protocol Adapter is not communicating with the Easytouch. So it is likely the wiring.

If you go out to the Easytouch and turn on the lights, does it show on the Screenlogic app?

If it is hardwired, I suspect that you have lost one of your RS-485 chips. Either in the EasyTouch or the in the Protocol adapter.

If you have an IntelliFlo pump, tell us if the display shows "Display Not Active" or some RPM screen, or if the screen is blank.
