My EasyTouch 8 system clock keeps getting ahead about 1.5 minutes per day

Has anyone turned on the "Sync IOS Time/Date to System" on the settings page? Does it work?

It's a little confusing since it says that "EasyTouch systems are not affected by this"

It worked so well that when a member traveled across a few time zones and checked on his pool it changed the time in his panel to the time on his phone. That caused all his schedules to run at the wrong local times which confused his wife at home.

Replace the CR2032 battery on the EasyTouch board and see if that stabilizes your clock.

I will change the battery and see if that fixes the issue. Removing the battery would affect any settings?

You may need to reset the date and time.
